Meet the team
You are not alone
Nate is a 20 year veteran of Army Special Operations. After losing his wife to suicide in 2022, and thrust into parenting 2 autistic sons solo, he decided to retire from the job he loved. While recovering he discovered the healing power of plant medicine and purposeful living. He now happily works as a coach and psychedelic facilitator, pursuing his Master’s in Organizational Leadership at John’s Hopkins University. When he’s not being dad he can be found on the BJJ mats or exploring some random mountain in CO.
Nate
Jenny is a trauma-informed integration coach with a deep commitment to supporting first responders, veterans, neurodivergent individuals, and their families. She holds degrees in both Education and Geology from the University of Colorado, blending a love of learning with a grounded, science-informed approach to healing. Her career spans law enforcement, special needs education, and a variety of heart-centered roles—all united by a passion for helping others navigate transformation with clarity and care. Jenny’s integration style is holistic, blending nervous system support, emotional resilience, and practical tools for lasting well-being.
When she’s not coaching or scouring medical journals for the latest trauma research, she’s busy raising her amazing kids-her most humbling and enlightening teachers to date. She also enjoys wandering dry creek beds in search of arrowheads and sanity (not always in that order).

Justin
Justin is a seasoned psychedelic facilitator and grounded guide, known for his calm presence, sharp insight, and ability to bring people back to center. A proud Eagle Scout, he’s been navigating the wilds of the Rocky Mountains (and the human psyche) for decades with equal parts wisdom and wit. Whether supporting deep inner journeys or helping others integrate life’s lessons, Justin brings steadiness, heart, and a well-worn backpack of experience.
In the winter, he can be found gliding across snowy slopes in search of perfect powder. In the summer, he’s likely refining his lifelong quest for the ideal s’more around a campfire, because integration, much like marshmallows, is best when things get a little gooey.
